Why Hospitality businesses should pay attention on their Facebook Reviews

Facebook Reviews are shown in the Google results now! The stars in the Facebook Page results have been there for a while, but new is that Facebook Ratings are presented in the Google (Maps) Business profile now.

I reviewed some google results this morning and my first impression was, that facebook ratings are slightly better rated than TripAdvisor or Google Ratings. If so, Facebook Ratings in the Google maps results, is a good thing for all hospitals business businesses.

It already has been a “must do” to run a facebook page for hospitality business, but this change just gave us one more reason.

 

Tipps for hospitality owners:

  • Check you ratings on Facebook, already got 5 from 5 stars?
  • Engage your community and guests to leave a review on your facebook page
  • Use your e-mail list to encourage more people to leave a review.
